The Project is located at the south corner of the intersection of County Road 157 (Goforth Road) and FM 2001 in northeastern Hays County. The Project is comprised of a total of 257.85 acres of land, and includes 220 residential lots and 1 commercial lot consisting of about 67 acres. The construction of the project includes the subdivision infrastructure improvements: paved street with roadside ditches, water mains, underground electric, and cross culverts.

The Project cost was approximately $35 million.
