Villages of Berry Creek Subdivision Section 2 – Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas

This Project consists of completing street, drainage, water, wastewater, and dry utility infrastructure for the Villages of Berry Creek Subdivision Section 2. This is a single-family residential development within the City limits of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. The 19.35 acre tract is located approximately 5 miles north of downtown Georgetown at the northeast corner of the intersection of County Road 190 and Briarcrest Drive. The improvements serve 82 residential lots. The Project consists of the following improvements:

  • 3,690 Linear Footage of Street and Drainage
  • 3,678 LF of 8” PVC of Water Main
  • 3,020 LF of 8" PVC of Wastewater Main
  • Underground Electrical Improvements

The Project cost was approximately $ 1.0 million.
