This Project consists of completing street, drainage, water, wastewater and dry utility infrastructure for the Villages of Berry Creek Subdivision Section 3. This is a single-family residential development within the City limits of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. The 26.64 acre tract is located approximately 5 miles north of downtown Georgetown at the northeast corner of the intersection of County Road 190 and Briarcrest Drive. The improvements serve 80 residential lots. The tract lies east of the Berry Creek Golf Course community. The Project consists of the following improvements:
