Whispering Hollow Phase I, Section 1 – Buda, Hays County, Texas
This Project consists of street, drainage, water and water improvements for a rural subdivision located in Hays County approximately 2.0 miles west of the City of Buda near FM 967 and FM 1626. This was the first phase of Garlic Creek West Subdivision. The work includes erosion/sedimentation control, street excavation and embankment, flexible base improvements, HMAC, water distribution mains, service connections, electrical service and miscellaneous improvements to complete this rural subdivision.
The proposed improvements serve approximately 128 single-family residential lots and generally consist of the following:

- 7,085 Linear Footage of Street
- 5,677 LF of 2", 6”, 8”, 12” PVC of Water Main
- 5,764 LF of 8" PVC of Wastewater Main
- Water Quality / Detention Pond
- Underground Electrical Improvements
