Whispering Hollow Phase I, Section 2 – Buda, Hays County, Texas

The Whispering Hollow Subdivision Phase I, Section 2 is located approximately 2 miles west of the City of Buda at the southeast corner of the intersection of FM 1626 and FM 967. The Project is comprised of 30.4 acres and includes 128 residential lots. The Project improvements include the typical subdivision infrastructure improvements: erosion/sedimentation, street and drainage, water, wastewater, underground electrical and street light improvements. The water improvements consist of:

4,784 Linear Footage of Street
2,480 LF of 6”, 8”, 12” PVC of Water Main
2,338 LF of 8" PVC of Wastewater Main
Water Quality / Detention Pond

The Project cost was approximately $ 1.51 million.
