The Project is a subsequent phase of the Whispering Hollow Subdivision. The proposed improvements will serve approximately 153 residential lots, and it is comprised of 39.074 total acres. This Project consists of the following improvements:

5,692 Linear Footage of Street and Drainage
4,135 LF of 6”, 8”, 12” PVC of Water Main
3,895 LF of 8" PVC of Wastewater Main
Water Quality / Detention Pond
Underground Electrical Improvements

The Project cost was approximately $ 3.0 million.
