Whispering Hollow Phase I, Section 4 – Buda, Hays County, Texas

The Project is a subsequent phase of the Whispering Hollow Subdivision. The improvements will serve approximately 122 residential lots and it is comprised of 26.40 total acres. This Project consists of the following improvements:

4,550 Linear Footage of Street and Drainage
4,600 LF of 8” PVC of Water Main
4,950 LF of 8" PVC of Wastewater Main
Underground Electrical Improvements

The Project cost was approximately $ 2.0 million.
