The Zachary Scott Subdivision is located east of Bradshaw Road south of Old Lockhart Road. The Project is comprised of 22.50 acres of land, and includes 101 single-family residential lots. The property lies partially within the Onion Creek suburban watershed and the Rinard Creek suburban watershed. Construction includes Regional Stormwater Management Improvements across Bradshaw Road.

The Project improvements include the typical subdivision infrastructure improvements: street, water, wastewater, storm drain, underground electric and telecommunications and a combined 2 year detention/water quality pond.
