The Project is a subsequent phase of the Zachary Scott Subdivision. The Project is comprised of 24.08 acres of land, and includes 103 residential lots. The construction of the Project includes typical subdivision infrastructure improvements: Street, water, wastewater, storm drain, and one water quality pond.
