Mr. Rabago graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in June 2001. While at MIT, David obtained valuable work experience in many unique applications. During his summer engagements, Mr. Rabago expanded his engineering knowledge and background by working for a defense contractor, in the MIT Undergraduate Research Pogram and two telecommunication companies.
In the summer of 1998, David was assigned to the B-2 Bomber Team at Honeywell Defense Avionics Systems (HDAS). He helped design the DDU unit using ACAD and assisted in programming the DDU using C programming language. During the spring semester of 1999, Mr. Rabago worked in the UROP at the University. At UROP David programmed, and helped develop an electronic companion to assist students in Solids Mechanics courses.
As David entered his last two years at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he worked as a contract consultant with XIC Telecommunications and Broadwing Telecommunications through the 1999 and 2000 summers. Mr. Rabago worked as a contractor/consultant completing field survey work and developing drawings for fiber optics network. The work involved surveying a number of prospective routes, reducing data, and developing drawings.
At Cuatro Consultants Ltd., Mr. Rabago has completed numerous watershed studies including storm run-off, detention, and water quality analysis. David has also prepared SCS applications, WPAP applications, NPS permit applications, and complete designs of residential and commercial sites.
David joined our Firm in September 2001 as a Designer and Engineer in Training. His responsibilities included drainage, water, wastewater, and miscellaneous civil design. Mr. Rabago has advanced to Project Manager and Lead Designer on various civil projects for the Firm.
