Luis attended La Joya High School, where he completed 2 years of Auto CADD courses, and graduated in 2001. Luis completed his CADD training at South Texas Community College in 2003. He worked one year through college in an Architectural firm, Milnet Architectural Services. Luis has also worked on designs for commercial and residential buildings, and 3-D rendering.

Luis Sosa joined Cuatros team in July 2003 as a CADD Technician I. Luis has four years of civil engineering drafting experience. Luis specializes in commercial sites, water, wastewater, plats, preliminaries, closure reports, and quantity take offs for various projects. Luis has worked on the following Projects including, Zachary Scott Subdivision Section 1and 2, Villages of Berry Creek 2 and 3, and Eagles Nest Subdivision land and The Peninsula On Lake Buchanan. Luis prepares preliminaries of design and drafting of water, wastewater collection, and drainage systems. He assists Mr. Rabago and Angel in completing civil construction drawings. He also helps as a liaison on survey assignments with Mr. Lucas.
